Items damaged during shipment

We package our stuff really well, especially items that are potentially breakable (like glass) but of course, sometimes things still break. We will gladly accept damaged items for store credit.

All other returns

Sorry but we can't accept returns for any other reason. Body jewelry cannot be re-sold if it's been worn, even if you just tried it on once.
