CLIENT GUIDELINES

You must wear a mask at all times inside our studio. We wear one for your wellbeing, thank you for wearing one for ours.

If you may have been possibly exposed, have any symptoms of sickness, or have traveled in the last 5 days, we ask that you have negative test results before booking.

Be on time, we will be operating on a strict appointment only schedule. We are booking to accommodate as many clients as possible in a day, so there is not much wiggle room for late comers.

Please review our overview information and come prepared.

Our showroom will be open for shopping daily, unless otherwise noted on our website, with a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Services are by appointment, piercing and jewelry changes can be booked online.

One support person is welcome to join you, but we are not accommodating large groups.

Added safety measures

We have brand new Hepa air scrubbers with UV, which will be running for the entirety of the day.

We are all testing regularly to ensure that we are in good health.

We also will be wearing masks and additional face shields while working with you.

All common surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected between each client: door knobs, pens, register, copy machines, etc.

Thorough hand washing techniques will continue to be used before and after each client interaction.

We are all vaccinated and love hearing if you are too!

These above procedures will be upheld by all of our staff members.

PIERCING

We are operating by appointment for piercing services. Booking is available online through our website. Same day appointments may be available.

Piercing clients will be guided to use the entrance on 23rd Ave.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for a piercing appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and charged a cancellation fee.

We are offering nose placements to fully vaccinated clients! Please bring your vaccination card with you. A photo or medical record works great too!

We have resumed oral piercing services on adults. Proof of new Bivalent booster is required.

Bring required ID items, especially minors and parents. Send us an email if there are any questions, so we can get you set before booking. 

Minors need a guardian present, but no extra people can come along.

If you and a friend want to get pierced together, book consecutive appointments and you can come in at the same time.

Please eat well beforehand, it makes everything so much better.

Please refrain from touching your piercings, jewelry or mask during your time in the studio.

If you come unprepared to your appointment (lack of ID, late, haven’t eaten or dont meet our guidelines) we may decline service and charge a cancellation fee.

TATTOO

Our artists are available by appointments and are taking walk ins, when available

Contact them directly via social media or email for booking. Or contact the studio and we can pass your information on.

Our artists we be working extended hours to accommodate this change.

Tattoo clients will be guided to use the Hoyt St entrance.
