1. Where can I find info on taking care of my new piercing?

Just in case you didn't see it, we have a page dedicated to piercing aftercare. Also feel free to come in to Robot if you have specific questions.

2. Is it OK to wear silver/bronze/copper/horn/bone jewelry in a fresh piercing?

Absolutely not! We recommend that you keep your implant grade steel, titanium, gold or glass jewelry in your piercing until it is fully healed. Inserting jewelry made from any materials other than stainless steel or glass will be detrimental to healing.

3. Is any of the jewelry for sale on this site sterile?

Definitely not.

4. What if I am allergic to my new jewelry?

We do all we can to clarify material in the jewelry description. If you know you have specific metal allergies, don't go for tribal antiques. Typically if you experience some type of allergic reaction to a certain piece of jewelry, the reaction will go away if you stop wearing it. Sorry but no jewelry returns allowed.

5. What is the return policy for jewelry?

Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry we cannot accept returns. Please make sure you are ordering the correct product, if you are unsure, please contact us. Be aware that actual items shipped my vary slightly from the photo. As to defects, that implies the wrong size, actual cracks or breaks, or the wrong material. A finish that is not pleasing to you is not a defect, but in the spirit of chivalry, if we can make it different for you please politely ask and we shall try, and you get to pay for shipping.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately (within 24 hours.) Do not insert jewelry or we cannot take it back. We will do the right thing if it’s a valid problem. Texture, pattern, color and hue in natural materials vary, be aware and enjoy pieces for their individual properties because these are not reasons to return items.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover of online orders. We also accept cash payments if made in person at our retail location.

8. Do you ship overseas?

Yes! Though there is not a tracking option for international deliveries.

9. Do you have a retail location?

Yes! We are located at 2330 NW Westover Road in Portland, Oregon.

10. Are the prices on this site for pairs or singles?

All prices for earrings, ear weights, hoops, etc. (basically anything that would be worn in both of your earlobes) are for pairs. So when you select the quantity as "1" that means you are getting 1 pair.
