We are the ROBOTS...

 Piercers:

Jo Case, aka Jobot

I've been involved in the body modification community since about 2000, and have been intrigued by piercing and such for as long as I can remember. I was given the opportunity to start an apprenticeship at ROBOT in July 2005. I love it. Working here has been a delight. Our customers are awesome and our jewelry selection rocks! I've also been lucky to travel to Eugene to work at High Priestess Piercing, Philadelphia at Infinite Body Piercing and occasionally Deep Roots in Seattle. Here's some recent work I've done.

 Anna York

Originally from Immaculate Body Piercing in South Carolina, Anna relocated to Portland, Oregon in the great Pacific Northwest in 2014. Since beginning her apprenticeship in 2007, Anna has been an active volunteer and member of the Association of Professional Piercers. She says her priorities for clients are their comfort and continued education for the best experience possible. Her interests outside of piercing and adorning people with pretty jewelry includes being the vocalist of Portland-based punk band, Nü-klē-ər Blast Suntan. She is also an avid reader, drawer, urban-explorer and connoisseur of baked goods. Check out some of here work here.

Tracy Faraca

Tracy is one of the founding female piercers of Portland. Former owner of Black Hole and Optic Nerve Arts, Tracy retired and moved on to doing hair after the passing of her husband, Nate Hudson. She has been piercing for over 25 years and is great with children. She helps us out every now and then.

Tattoo Artists

Austin Rose

Austin Rose, known to some circles as the most amazing man in the universe, has been an artist and daredevil all his 35 years on this spaceship we call Earth. He once saved an entire family of pygmy drop bears from a sinking, fire engulfed steamboat. All while recovering from two broken ankles, relating to a botched no chute wingsuit landing in North Korea. When not impressing people with his humbling humility, he can be found tattooing at Robot Piercing and Tattoo. And making shiny objects to show on the internet and searching the world for things and people to inspire new amazing works of art and hunting men for sport. Check out his stuff here.

Renee aka Butterz

Butterz is our newest addition. She's a yoga mom that loves Star Wars and cupcakes! Check out her portfolio here

Once a ROBOT, always a ROBOT

Cookie, aka Autumn Swisher

SQUAWK! The girl could mumble and be completely incoherent, but Robot would not be what it is today without the contributions she made in the early days. In her pursuit of becoming an astronaut, I mean a photographer, she ended up at NY Adorned, and is currently at Nomad in S.F.  We miss Cookie! Check out her photography here.
